Bookings are subject to vehicle availability, route conditions, cargo details and confirmation of commercial terms. Quotations may change if actual shipment requirements differ from the information originally provided.
Customers must provide accurate cargo, pickup and delivery information and ensure goods are legally transportable and suitably packed.
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless specifically committed in writing. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns or other events beyond reasonable control.
Payment terms are governed by the applicable quotation or invoice. Claims relating to loss, shortage or damage should be reported promptly and are subject to applicable booking terms and Indian law.
